Our beans are meticulously nurtured in the volcanic soil of Gia Lai, which naturally nourishes the unique and authentic flavors of Vietnamese coffee.
We fundamentally reject the approach of an industrial food product, focusing instead on small batches of high-quality beans.
Our commitment to excellence begins on the farm, where we ensure selective picking of coffee cherries by hand (manual harvesting).
To unlock the bean’s full potential, we utilize meticulous methods such as the Honey Processing Method—where the fruit’s sweet mucilage is left on the bean during drying, intensifying its natural sweetness and producing a complex, fruit-forward cup.
We aim to bring this authentic, premium experience to the International markets and a broader audience through online marketplaces, fulfilling our mission to share Vietnam’s true coffee culture with the world.”

why CQI certification matters?
- Global Benchmark: CQI developed the standard for evaluating specialty-grade coffee. For Arabica, it’s the “Q Grader” system, and for Robusta, it’s the “R Grader” system (often referred to collectively as Q Certified).
Rigorous Testing: To receive this certification, samples of the coffee are blind-tested and graded by highly trained, licensed professionals known as Q Graders (or R Graders).
Minimum Score Required: The coffee must score a minimum of 80 points out of 100 on the standardized grading scale to qualify as specialty grade.
